Concrete & Paver Sealing in Exeter and the Central Valley
Protect your driveway, patio, and pavers from sun damage, stains, and everyday wear while bringing back that freshly installed look.
Protect your investment from the Valley sun.
Concrete and pavers take a beating from heat, irrigation, and traffic. A quality sealer keeps them stronger, cleaner, and better looking for years.
UV Protection
Valley summers fade and break down unsealed concrete and pavers. Sealer adds a protective layer against the sun.
Stain Resistance
Oil, rust, sprinkler hard water spots, and spills wipe up instead of soaking in.
Longer Life
Sealing reduces surface wear, cracking, and paver joint washout over time.
Better Curb Appeal
Richer color and a finished look, with wet look or natural matte options.
Surfaces we protect.

Sealing questions, answered.
How often should concrete or pavers be resealed?
Most surfaces should be resealed every 2 to 3 years. The right timing depends on traffic and how much sun the area gets.
How long before I can walk or drive on it?
Foot traffic is usually fine within a few hours. Vehicles typically need 24 to 48 hours. We confirm the exact timing on site based on the sealer and the weather.
Will sealing make my surface slippery?
Some sealers can add a smoother feel. For pool decks and walkways we can mix in an anti slip additive that adds grip without hurting the finish.
Can new concrete be sealed?
Yes, but new concrete should cure for about 28 days before it is sealed so moisture can escape.
Do you clean before sealing?
Yes. Every sealing job includes professional cleaning first so the sealer bonds properly.
What's the difference between wet look and natural finish?
A wet look sealer adds gloss and deepens color. A natural or matte sealer protects the surface without changing how it looks.
